I recommend converting the ps-files to PDF it you want to use them in a latex-document. The ps can't be used directly and would have to be converted to eps, and since one is already converting PDF is a better choice.
With ps2pdf the conversion can also be changed to output. An alternative way to convert is to open the output. Note: some of these conversion might put the postscript-file on a large A4-paper with whitespace all around.
