Well, it is just a masterpiece! This tough crime story gives the reader such a strong sense of the robbery taking place, a sense of the atmosphere of the places where the action takes place! It is simply indescribable, the reader must feel and understand everything himself. He will definitely not remain indifferent to this novel, to this magnificent detective thriller, when he turns the last page.

I remember the whole story by heart, even the names of the characters Morgan, Giuseppe Gypo , Kitson, Bleck, and beautiful Ginny; their master plan to steal the million-dollar payroll carried by an armored truck Truck, that armored truck! Legendary truck for me I am quite sure, sure for many decades, that no other author besides J. Chase has been able to develop events as brilliantly, so cool, so believable, and as dramatic as it happens in this novel.

Congratulations to those readers who have not read this great book yet. Something absolutely magnificent, insanely interesting but also dramatic and sad awaits them ahead. Not only is the end of the book dramatic, no, but the murder of the guards of that armored car also makes the good person sad.

They did their good job, did it to the end, even giving their lives for it. They were not guilty of anything. All of this is the strongest, best book in the genre of crime fiction.
